No broken hearts here with this surprise guest!

To wrap up her This Is What It Feels Like summer tour, Gwen Stefani had a special someone waiting in the wings of The Forum for her final two performances. Blake Shelton joined the Grammy winner for not one, but two shows in a row this weekend in Stefani's native California.

The songstress introduced her off-stage beau to the excited crowd before they launched into their famous duet, "Go Ahead and Break My Heart."

"They were really cute, smiling at each other," a source told E! News of Sunday's performance. "They hugged for a bit after the performance."

Earlier in Sunday's show, Gwen told the crowd it has been a crazy year, but felt like everyone was there with her. "She said this last record saved her life—music saved her life," the source said.

It's been nearly a year since the rumors surrounding their burgeoning romance were confirmed and they became one of Hollywood's most intriguing couples. When they initially met as fellow judges on The Voice, both Shelton and Stefani had recently divorced their longtime partners, Miranda Lambert and Gavin Rossdale

"It was like being handed this gift of a friend who was going through the exact same thing at the exact same time," she told Harper's Bazaar, referencing their mutual splits. "And then everything flipped. It went from horrible to, like, hopeful and like, 'Wow, God, you just don't know what's gonna happen next.'"

What grew next was a relationship filled with hit music, dual performances, family outings and holiday celebrations—all at each other's side.

"Gwen saved my life," Shelton told Billboard. "Who else on earth could understand going through a high-profile divorce from another musician?"
