If you haven’t been to the Digical Show today, you definitely should go tomorrow. The activity held by London-based iMakr lasts for two days and aims to bring together all the latest developments in the desktop 3D printing and 3D scanning industry.
No matter you are a professional or an enthusiast, or you are just wondering where to spend your weekend, the Digical Show is your first choice.
From education to jewellery, from engineering to product design, you will find new inspiration to develop your own DIGICAL capabilities.
3D Scanning
The first exhibitor you could see after entering into the room is a Chinese 3D solutions provider – Shining 3D. Rebecca, the girl in charge of the booth told me that the Desktop 3D Scanner, EinScan-S is the product they want to share with everyone most today.
“Scan the World” is a non-profit project from MyMiniFactory. It gives people the chance to experience 3D printed representations of artefacts in a remarkably tangible way and enables the public to obtain content that they may never had physical access to otherwise.
These are some of the artefacts they brought today. It would be lovely to have a tiny artefact like this at home.
Desktop Printers
There are quite a lot desktop 3D printer manufacturers today at the Show.
This is the desktop printer from Zmorph. They showed me some objects printed with this printer. These objects all have certain texture and graphics on the surface.

Huge Furniture Printer
The biggest 3D printer here today is from DELTA WASP 3MT. They’ve been using this printer to make furniture.

Jewellery
The Digical Show presented an amazing design world for us. One important part in the Show is about how 3D printing technology is performing in the jewellery design industry.

Bioprinter On the Second Floor
We’ve reported that the world first hybrid Bio 3D Printer is going to be revealed at Digical Show. Now the bioprinter Rokit Invivo is right in the medical studio on the second floor. Don’t forget to climb upstair and say hello to this incredible printer.
Apart from Rokit Invivo, the medical studio also presents several other bioprinters and the use cases of 3D printing technology in the field of medical treatment.
Food Printing
If you feel like eating any candies at the show, go to the Katjes. You would be surprised to see the food printer creating your chosen candy in a few minutes. You could select the flavor and shape as you like.
We printed our own logo.
There’s only one day left. Come to the show tomorrow !
