If there's one Bachelor you want to receive some advice from, it's Ben Higgins.

After appearing as a suitor on The Bachelorette and then becoming the Bachelor, Ben was able to do what so many reality stars before him were unable to do: stay likable. In fact, he's so likable, he and fiancée Lauren Bushnell were given their own spinoff show, Ben & Lauren: Happily Ever After?, which premieres on Oct. 11 on Freeform. So really, is there anyone better to offer new Bachelor Nick Viall advice than Ben?

In E! News' exclusive video above, Ben and Lauren office some up some brutally honest advice for Nick as he begins his journey as the next Bachelor, after unsuccessfully finding love on two seasons of The Bachelorette and Bachelor in Paradise season three.

"Be honest, be open, be ready for one of the most exciting but also most emotionally taxing experiences of your life," Ben says. "Stay true to yourself, and if you do that, at the end of this, no matter what happens, it'll be worth it."

Sweet, right? But then Lauren makes it slightly awkward...by bringing up the whole Ben telling his final two ladies, Lauren and JoJo Fletcher, that he loved them during their season of The Bachelor. Ben's reaction? Priceless. Watch the awkwardness go down in the video above now.

Ben and Lauren recently celebrated their one-year anniversary, and are gearing up for the premiere of their new Freeform show, which will invite fans into their home life in Denver, as well as their wedding planning process.

And Lauren recently told E! News fans will get to see the highs AND lows of their relationship.

"We don't want it to be all just happy and go-lucky, we really want it to be real, and with that, Ben and I are human beings, we have our downs, we have our arguments," she said. "I don't want any of our struggles to be censored. I want it to be very real."

Plus, Bachelor Nation lovers can expect to see familiar faces pop up on Ben & Lauren: Happily Ever After?, including twins Haley and Emily Ferguson, Bachelor in Paradise couple "Grace" (Grant and Lace), as well as polarizing villain Chad Johnson

Ben & Lauren: Happily Ever After? premieres Tuesday, Oct. 11 at 8 p.m. on Freeform.
