A lightning rod for new talent, the makeup artist frequently pairs with Marc Jacobs, Urban Decay, and more to test makeup trends on up-and-coming models. She's helped push Langley Fox and Soo Joo Park into fashion fame, and—via her website, Beauty Is Boring—shown "real girls" how to use brow pencils and glitter gels like a pro.
