Two former Oregon Ducks, Pitcher Cheridan Hawkins and Catcher Janelle Lindvall will reunite on the Softball Field, but this time as Professionals.

Former Oregon Starter Cheridan Hawkins has found success as a Professional after a Stellar College Career with the Oregon Ducks. Following the heartbreaking loss last season to UCLA that sent the Bruins to the College World Series, Hawkins has been busy.

She was drafted by the Dallas Charge and helped the team to earn three more wins in 2016 then the previous year. The team ended with 30 losses in just their second season. On Tuesday, the team traded Hawkins to the Scrap Yard Dogs for a solid return on Offense and a Draft pick.

While with the Oregon Ducks, Hawkins showed Star Power pitching the Ducks to the College World Series in 2015 and 2016 and helping the team to the post season her entire career. She left the Ducks with quite the shoes to fill completing 7 no-hitters, a perfect game, to go with 108 wins and 1801 career strikeouts.

The Scrap Yard dogs have a former teammate on the roster, Hawkins will reunite with Catcher Janelle Lindvall. The two former Oregon Ducks had quite the chemistry at Oregon and grew together into one of the best tandems in the Pac-12 and the Country.

The team finished second in their division to wrap up play in 2016.
