All lanes of westbound Interstate 10 at Old Spanish Trail in Slidell are back open.The area was closed off Monday afternoon because of a multi-vehicle accident.Crews closed the westbound lanes of the interstate at Old Spanish Trail. Three vehicles were involved in the accident, Louisiana State Police said.State troopers said a person was killed in the crash.
