Hebron security officer: I've seen other soldiers shoot terrorists in the head
Hebron Chief Security Officer Lt. Col. (res.) Eliyahu Liebman testified in the trail of IDF soldier Elor Azaria, who stands accused of manslaughter after shooting and killing a neutralized terrorist in Hebron in March.
"In (terrorist incidents) I've witnessed, I've seen fighters shoot the terrorists' central mass until they were neutralized, and then a bullet to the head to make sure that the terrorist can't (explode) a suicide vest or continue the attack. These fighters didn't end up in the courtroom."
