On Friday the Oregon Ducks announced their Depth Chart for the opening game against UC Davis. Linebacker Torrodney Prevot was not on the two deep roster and has not communicated with the media over the last week. On Friday news surfaced that Prevot is under investigation over a criminal complaint which was reported by ESPN.

Late on Friday Head Coach Mark Helfrich announced that Prevot was suspended indefinitely for Code of Conduct violations.

The Daily Emerald reported that the complaint claims Prevot physically assaulted a female Oregon Athlete twice earlier this year. With Eugene Police now investigating the case and taking over from the University of Oregon there are no comments since it is an open case.

Torrodney Prevot was a part-time Starter last season and could have added depth to the Linebacker position in 2016 in the new 4-3 Defense. From the sound of it, it seems that Prevot may have seen his last down on the field as an Oregon Duck.

The Oregon Ducks open the 2016 season next Saturday, September 3rd hosting UC Davis at Autzen Stadium(2pm Pacific Time, Pac-12 Networks)
