LORDSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – Over 30,000 cars built at General Motors Lordstown are under a recall.

The affected vehicles are 2016 Chevrolet Cruze LT and Premier manufactured between November 5, 2015 and May 26, 2016.

GM said when the headlights were assembled, crews made sure they were aimed properly but did not put a sticker on them with instructions for future adjustments.

Without those instructions, a mechanic will not know how to fix the headlights during repairs.

GM will mail owners instructions and adhesive labels containing the correct code to install on their headlight assemblies.

Owners can also bring the vehicle to a GM dealership for any assistance with applying the label, free of charge.
