With the return of the NFL now under 50 days away, Training Camp for teams across the country begin this week. Philadelphia opened camp to start the week and First Round Draft Pick Carson Wentz trotted onto the Practice Field on the first day. Performance wise, the team was working on getting the summer rust off and started the process of putting together the plans of new Head Coach Doug Pederson. For Oregon Fans, one performance stood out.

Former Oregon Running Back/Wide Receiver Byron Marshall came to play on Day 1. According to PhillyVoiec.com, he had some nice catches out of the backfield and he looked comfortable doing it. That is half the battle in the National Football League. The other half is to make an impression and what better day to do it than Day One of Training Camp. Veterans will report in full on Wednesday and the first full team practice will happen Thursday.

Keep in mind this could be seen as more impressive since Byron Marshall could not participate in OTA’s after the NFL Draft due to the Oregon Quarter System.s
