Graphene 3D Lab Inc. closes private placement

Graphene 3D Lab Inc. is pleased to announce that it has completed the non-brokered private placement of 3,766,600 units at a price of $0.16 per Unit, raising aggregate gross proceeds of $602,656, as previously announced on July 7, 2016. Each Unit consisted of one common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant. Each Warrant is exercisable to acquire one additional common share at $0.25 per share until July 11, 2018.

All of the securities issued pursuant to the Offering have a hold period expiring on November 12, 2016. The net proceeds of the Offering will be used for the Company’s general working capital requirements.
