THE STATE WILL NOW COLLECT SALES TAX ON MOST DIGITAL DOWNLOAD PURCHASES INCLUDING ANYTHING YOU , PAY FOR IN APP STORES, STREAMING SERVICES OR SATELLITE RADIO. IT WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE 6% STATE SALES TAX YOU'RE USED TO PAYING WHEN YOU GO SHOPPING. AND TO LAWMAKERS, TAX EXPANSION LIKE THIS WAS A BETTER OPTION , THAT INCREASIGN EXISTING TAXES. >> THE SPIRIT OF COOPERATION IS OBVIOUSLY A LOT DIFFERENT THAN IT WAS LAST TIME AND I THINK WE'VE REACHED A GOOD CONSENSUS FOR THE PEOPLE OF PENNSYLVANIA.
