Pixee reveals her "dangerous" goal on Tuesday's Botched.
On the episode, doctors Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif meet with patient Pixee who tells the doctors she wants to "look like a living cartoon."
"Tell us overall, what is the goal here? Why do you want such a small waist?" Dr. Dubrow asks.
"My goal is to look like a living cartoon," Pixee reveals.
"How did that start?" Dr. Nassif asks.
Pixee explains that it all started when she did her first surgery in 2010 on her nose.
"That's when I really felt like, 'Wow, this is my thing, this is what I wanna do,'" Pixee says. "I really liked it, like right away I felt like I want to create my life around this."
Pixee then lists all of the procedures she's had done in the past!
