Heading into the all-important July recruiting period, we take a look at recruiting needs and gameplans for the top 25 programs in college basketball. Next up, the Oregon Ducks.

Where they are: Dana Altman and the Ducks have won at least one NCAA tournament game in four consecutive seasons, and they're coming off a 31-7 campaign in which they won the Pac-12 and received a No. 1 seed in the Big Dance before falling in the Elite Eight to Oklahoma. Oregon loses one starter from last season, second-leading scorer Elgin Cook, as well as athletic sixth man Dwayne Benjamin. Dillon Brooks and Tyler Dorsey both pulled their names out of the NBA draft pool, while Chris Boucher decided to return as well. Altman brings in a top-40 recruiting class led by ESPN 100 point guard Payton Pritchard (No. 54) and JUCO National Player of the Year Kavell Bigby-Williams, who should see a key role alongside Boucher and Jordan Bell. One key moving forward could be the status of Dylan Ennis, who transferred from Villanova for his final year of college basketball but played just 21 minutes last season because of injury and is hoping for a sixth year of eligibility. So far, there’s been no ruling. He could help the Ducks on the perimeter.
