A publicity-hungry folk singer posed for a bizarre selfie with his defence team while standing trial for child molestation charges in Thailand.
Saipul Jamil, 35, is accused of molesting a 17-year-old fan earlier this year, and could be put behind bars for up to 15 years.
But he seemed unperturbed at the North Jakarta District Court with his ill-advised selfie in the dock.

Staring into the camera, he angled his phone to show his defence team huddled together in the background.
All the singer's lawyers were seen beaming at the camera and one even raised her fingers in a V for victory.
They insisted he had asked the prosecution's permission before he took the picture.
The singer is a self-confessed publicity addict who has posted thousands of selfies and videos on his social media accounts.
He has 372,000 followers on Twitter and 804,000 on Instagram.
