The fact is that in a technical, materialistic reality the resources needed to run such a super-computer and super network are very corporeal. As Edward Snowden talks about in the excerpt from Citizen 4 about "X Key-Score Deep dive" the NSA has the ability to track and record 1 billion telephone sessions simultaneously, gather a terabyte of information per second and monitors 20 different internet sites–like Google, Facebook, and Yahoo!.

The (video after the Snowden clip in the playlist, also from Citizen 4 about) meta-data would allow a (NSA) super computer to not only track the movements of an individuals to assess their basic driving forces and complete the psychological profile(s) The MOGS Program (I’m sure) has (and I’m always talking about); but it allows for a much deeper, broader understanding of the human species and their collective, aggregate motivator(s), purpose, will, drive, and outcome as fully argued and explained in ) that directed energy weapons are being tested and designed for a larger application of total population control, that is exactly what Eugene The Machine is doing and what the NSA (alone) has the capabilities of! The Machine is now, in all actually, a super-networked-computer and the definition(s) of which from the Glossary post are as follows:

The Machine – A super networked computer that does semantic priming for an ultimate goal of manipulating human behavior through popular culture means such as advertisements, movies, TV, radio, Facebook, etc.

Eugene, The Machine – The Machine’s program that is custom tailored to you (and your psychological profile) to manipulate your life to it’s agenda and control your breeding (i.e. eugenics).

Residual Backlash – The theory ‘The Machine’ presents itself and it’s attributes to steer your mind away from them (and itself).

Years ago in 2009 the military bought thousands of PlayStation 3’s to be networked together and used as a super computer. The Machine is similar to the same thing. The definition of "residual backlash" was added (as argued in Portraying EUGENE The Machine: Semantic Priming, Psychological Triggers, Entertainment Theater, Key Players, and Versions) because it shows itself as having one main computer and then many tertiary servers, all networked together to make a super-networked-computer (further explanation and divulgement of residual backlash needed. I am constrained by my political persecution, hence the blog name). If you had a main NSA Machine and 3+ servers in every city, the technological capabilities to perform the activities as described in Portraying EUGENE The Machine would be possible! It is also worth mentioning "The Machine" has satellite resources, as described (by Dr. John Hall in his book A New Breed: Satellite Terrorism in America) in The Machine Organized Gang Stalking Program at it’s disposal. The fact is the circumstances as outlined in Portraying EUGENE The Machine are occurring. It would have to take serious resources and access. Resources and access only a government like America has!
