I think it's a good DVD for beginners or older people. I'm 70 and have never taken any yoga classes so I wasn't sure what to expect. It's mainly about breathing, relaxing and stretching, but I find I'm sore after doing the routines. What that tells me is it's exactly what I need to be doing. I'm going to continue the exercises, but maybe not as often and also not stretching quite as much....at least yet. Peggy Cappy has broken the workout into 6 or 7 sections so it's easy just to do 1 or 2 at a time, rather than the whole 90 min. Anyhow, I'm pleased with the DVD and will continue to use it.

I suffer from TMB. To make you laugh that stands for Too Many Birthdays. As we age we have issues with balance and strength and a gentler form of exercise is recommended. The DVD "Easy Yoga" gives exercises that help address these concerns. I have only been using the exercises for several weeks but can already see a difference. I recommend this program.
