Was great at first. But has since fallen to just good. The waffles are often way too greasy and often get soggy if you don't eat them ASAP.

The food and service were amazing. Thank you to Mack and Chelsea for the great service. Joe (the manager) knows what he's doing around these parts highly rate

I had the tenders with fries. The food was so great and the service even better. Janice helped me out and was so attentive to my needs.

This is as good as I remember from last year. We went here while on vacation and I had to get my bruxie fix. They don't have one in NorCal (asnofnthis review) so I try to go here when I'm in socal.

We went on a rainy/cloudy day, so not much of a crowd, and got 2 tables luckily. We ordered the jumbo tenders, Mac and cheese, fries and every dipping sauce to try them all. Everything was good, but it was a lot of food. I went to a different location last year, but they taste the same.

The service was excellent as well and they did get almost all our items (we had a big order) and just had to ask for our soda, which they were kind about. The place itself has decent seating, but had an open air/similar to a patio seating so it was a bit cold as we could feel the wind and rain.

I'll go to bruxie again when I get the chance.

Last time I had Bruxie was over a year ago and I tried one of their dessert waffles. I think it was the strawberry and cream waffle and it wasnt special at all and I didn't try their food until recently. I got the kids chicken nugget meal with waffle fries, lemonade, and added a mac and cheese. The fries and chicken were kinda outstanding. They were crispy and warm. The portion is great for a kids meal. The chicken had a nice thyme seasoning I think, or some other herb that was pleasant.
When I went to pick it up with my friend, the workers were nice and let her make two kids lemonade into a normal size.

A great smaller(ish) business to support for good quality food.

The menu here has a twist, waffles instead of bread buns. An interesting idea and a change of pace from what people normally get. However, on my Broxie Burger, the waffles became a mess, and if I had a knife and fork that would have been superior to using my hands. That being said, it's a good burger. The Angus beef was cooked to my specification, medium in my case. The cheese and burger sauce were great tasting, but added to the mess. For an extra charge, I added an egg, which I liked.

I also had a side of Cole Slaw. Lots of fresh cabbage, but I would have liked it more if it wasn't so dry. Pretty much just cabbage and very little (if any) mayo. Maybe others prefer less mayo in their cole slaw, but I like my slaw more on the moist side.

The day I was here, there was a major rainstorm. There was some covered seating, but most of the seating was outdoors in the rain. Not much that can be done about that.

What a unique style eatery!

Want waffles any time of day? What about a waffle sandwich? Bruxie has got you covered. They have waffle sandwiches and sweet waffles (regular ones with syrup and assorted fruits).

I ordered an egg and bacon waffle sandwich (bacon on the side). The sandwich was really good. It had egg and cheese on it. Tasty. I also ordered the angry macaroni and cheese. (Hold the bacon). That was way too spicy for me!! I couldn't handle that at all. My partner ate it instead. He loves spicy. We also ordered loaded waffle fries (hold the bacon) and those were really good. The flavor was great on the fries! It came with sauce and sour cream on top. The strawberry lemonade was sweet and refreshing.

Haven't been here in years. Came with a coworker around 1130am on a Friday. This location is near Chapman University making parking challenging but we scored the spot on Palm right next to Bruxie that was 30 min max.
Sandwiches were good. Large portions in my opinion.

Love and hate!

Taste great but not a healthy choice! My absolute guilty pleasure.
This spicy chicken is the best you ever had.

But I recommend to either take out or go to other locations since this location doesn't have decent place for you sit and enjoy your sandwich.

Even if you love the highest degree of hotness I would say don't get the spiciest cause you cant taste anything else.

Love this place again you can't go wrong with what you get, the waffles are big but not dry a little sweet but perfect with chicken I do with they have drumsticks or wings instead of chicken tenders but hey it still works. Wife got the kickin chicken and it was nice size and very tender. Waffle fries are a must . If you plan on going I recommend bring some honey since they do give any out anymore.

We were down the road at the farmers market and wanted to grab brunch near by, this happened to be literally down the street.

I've never had chicken and waffles but have definitely seen it throughout the years, and it is not a disappointment!

The waffles are perfect and their chicken batter is flavorful with a small spice but nothing crazy.


Love the outdoor seating , the vibe in old Orange town is just perfect for brunch activities.
