Remember the Arrow?
He was the guy in the green hoodie that came before Green Arrow. The one that Roy Harper took with him when he left town.
Roy is coming back to Arrow Season 4 Episode 12 because a villain named The Calculator (which Felicity finds very comical) can expose him as Arrow, putting his friends at risk.
Not willing to do that, he goes on the run and is eventually taken in by his old team.
He gets to see the new lair, reconnect with Felicity in her new condition and exclaim his disbelief that Oliver did something...
