New music from Iggy Azalea is on its way.

The Aussie rapper confirmed to fans that 2016 will include some new tunes from the artist, and even teased the lead single off her upcoming album Digital Distortion with a very relatable dance-party-in-the-bathroom video on Twitter.

The single titled "Team" doesn't have an official release date just yet, but Iggy answered questions about the track with fans on Twitter, along with giving the snippet of what kind of musical creation we can expect from her in the coming year.

The "Fancy" rapper first shared the name of the single with fans last week, explaining that the message behind it is that "[I've] got my own back" and& "I [am] my own team. 20% meaningful 70% bop 10% ratchet."

Unfortunately, the entire song won't be released next month, but Iggy did promise that she'll be releasing some creative content soon. She tweeted back to a fan, "NO lead in jan - but content, buzz songs, viral videos and other cool stuff in Jan. :-)."

And if you're still wondering about the musical influence for Digital Distortion, she explained to another fan that although she raps, she also considers herself a pop artist. "ironically, i refer to myself as pop all the time. even on this new album. pop IS an influence. so are many other things. . .," Iggy tweeted.

The 25-year-old also shared an image on Instagram yesterday that some might think is a teaser for the album. The black-and-white image shows Iggy giving a semi-mean mug while wearing a T-shirt that's flipping the word, and words like "FU" and "Get 2 Walking" are written in the background.

She simply captioned it, "#DigitalDistortion."
