VIDEO: A teenager’s fight for survival

A family is extremely thankful this Thanksgiving Day that their 14 year-old son is still alive. Giancarlo Gil contracted a rare flesh-eating bacterial infection in September. His right leg had to be amputated at the hip. This week, he was given the green light to go home from the hospital. Doctors are calling his survival a miracle.
