On Wednesday’s episode of the Mike & Mike show, ESPN personality and NFL Hall of Famer Cris Carter addressed Cam Newton’s controversial dance from Sunday’s Panthers-Titans game. Newton performed the dab dance, but Carter mistakenly referred to it as “bapping.”

“Kendrick Lamar, a lot of other people are doing it. At the end they do a little ‘C’ or something to add a little stuff to it. So he was waving on him, then he bapped on him.”
