Learning Opportunity for Community Health Partnerships

Hospitals and other stakeholders involved in partnerships focused on community health can learn about ways to develop or strengthen their partnerships by applying for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC’s) Community Health Improvement Learning Collaborative. This pilot program will give stakeholders the opportunity to do the following:

  • receive training and technical assistance from national community health improvement experts
  • join a pilot cohort to engage with the new CDC tool, the Community Health Improvement Navigator
  • network and exchange ideas with other partnerships

Applications are due by noon on Oct. 13. Eligibility is restricted to partnerships from the northeast United States. Decisions will be made by Oct. 16.

If you have questions or concerns, please contact Erin O’Malley, director of policy, at eomalley@essentialhospitals.org or 202.585.0127.
