Pac-12 Quarterbacks, Ranked

More from Autzen Zoo

1. Jared Goff: Cal, yes Cal, is undefeated right now thanks to this man.

2. Cody Kessler: Aside from his derp against Stanford, Kessler has been steady below the radar. He reminds me of a young Matt Barkley.

3. Josh Rosen: Keep in mind, Josh Rosen is still only a true-freshman. I’ll chalk up his deficiencies to being a part of the ‘learning process.’

4. Kevin Hogan: College Football’s Eli Manning is a great quarterback as long as you don’t expect him to be. Stanford was expected to beat Northwestern, therefore Kevin Hogan felt obligated to prove us all wrong in a comedy of errors. Then Kevin Hogan decided to beat #6 ranked USC two weeks later.

5. Anu Solomon: When healthy, Solomon has proven to be a lethal Oregon Duck assassin and savant at running Rich Rod’s spread offense. He also helps players up off the ground after he trucks them back to the 2nd grade. Bonus points for gallantry.

6. Travis Wilson: THE RENAISSANCE MAN. Travis Wilson was a backup quarterback two years ago. Now he’s dropping 62 points in Autzen Stadium and making an entire fan base contemplate the meaning of life. Anyway, his Utes are undefeated and he’s a big reason why.

7. Mike Bercovici: Bercovici was supposed to surpass former Sun Devil Taylor Kelly as a quarterback. Supposed to. It turns out Mike isn’t the Tom Brady to Kelly’s Drew Bledsoe after all. Still better than the gentlemen below, though.

8. Luke Falk: Connor Halliday Light has manned the reigns nicely in Pullman. But the fact that the offense he operates avoids running backs as if they have the bubonic plague, should make Luke Falk look semi-impressive.

9. Sefo Liufau: We don’t know much about Sefo due to his Colorado affiliation. But he’s broken program records during his time at Boulder, which means he’s not necessarily the source of Colorado’s struggles.

10. Seth Collins: Collins is undefeated against FCS teams. His predecessor can’t say the same.

11. Jake Browning: He hasn’t garnered a neat nickname like his true freshman counterpart Josh Rosen. That’s automatically worth a heavy deduction of points in my books.

12. Vernon Adams Jeff Lockie Taylor Alie? Injuries and poor play led to Taylor Alie being thrown into the lion’s den at quarterback for the Ducks. A walk-on from Eugene is now being asked to salvage the Ducks’ season. Oregon’s last quarterback won the Heisman and was recently named the NFL’s Rookie of the Month. Poor kid.
