2015 Oregon Women’s Basketball Set For Thirteen Games on Pac-12 Network

Oregon Ducks Head Coach Kelly Graves is entering his second season at helm for the Oregon Ducks Women’a Basketball team. In his first season, the team went 13-17 as Graves took over from Paul Westhead and was in his first season of rebuilding and restructuring the offense and defense of the team. He now enters his second season and the team returns several key players from last season including Jillian Alleyne and Lexi Bando. One surprise addition is Liz Brenner. The multi sport athlete has decided to return to focus on basketball this season and can help provide some key experience at the Forward position. Oti Gildon and Lauren Yearwood are among the new faces to join the team expected to contend in 2015.

The team will also have quite a few games on National television on the Pac-12 Network this season. Thirteen games will be broadcast on the network according to GoDucks.com. Oregon will have thirty games at Matthew Knight Arena this season. The team will begin the season on the road at North Carolina. The game will complete a home and home series that began last season with the Ducks falling to the Tar Heels. Oregon will open the non-conference slate hosting Hampton on Thursday, November 19th.

Oregon will play ten non-conference home games for 2015 including facing Clemson, UC Santa Barbara, and North Dakota to go along with teams from the Pacific Northwest  in Portland, Portland State and Seattle. The Ducks will face Stanford twice including Friday, January 15th in Eugene and to end the regular season on Sunday, February 28th on the road. The Pac-12 season begins on the road for the second season in a row facing the Los Angeles Schools in UCLA and USC starting on January 2nd.
