The 2015 College Football season on Division I officially kicks off tonight with Utah and Michigan and a full slate of games this weekend including Oregon and Eastern Washington, USC and Arkansas State and Virginia Tech hosting Ohio State to close out the first weekend of action on Monday night.

The Nissan Heisman House commercials will again

likely be seem by college football fans throughout the country and this season Oregon fans will see a familiar face on their tv’s on Saturday.

Former Oregon Quarterback Marcus Mariota, who won the Heisman in 2014 won’t be throwing touchdowns for the Ducks, but he will be doing some acting, along with some other pretty well known Heisman Trophy winners of the past. Steve Spurrier, Robert Griffin III, and Charles Woodson are among the talented athletes and coaches that join Mariota for this seasons commercials.

In the ad, Mariota changes football jerseys and has an issue with some ice cream. It is one of several ads that were recorded for the upcoming College Football season. Of course, Marcus Mariota is now with the Tennessee Titans and will start his first official game in the National Football League in just a few weeks when they visit the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and former Florida State Quarterback Jamies Winston to start the season on Sunday, September 13th.
