Despite a tweet earlier this afternoon from Robert Garcia (the trainer of Brandon Rios) that read -

 - sources have advised BoxingScene.com that this match-up is not yet finalized. While Rios and his side have agreed to the fight, Bradley - who's going through a highly publicized split with his long-time trainer Joel Diaz- has not put his name on the dotted line - which is probably why Garcia's tweet was deleted shortly after it was posted.

Additionally, the World Boxing Organization has yet to approve the fight, as Bradley was ordered to make a mandatory defense of his welterweight title against Sadam Ali.

Rios-Bradley is a fight that has been discussed throughout the summer and was seemingly dead a couple of weeks ago but talks were revived recently.

The original hope was that this fight - which features two boxers from the Southern California region - would take place at the Forum but that venue is booked on November 7th with a concert. The latest word has the fight moving over to Las Vegas, possibly at the Thomas & Mack Center.
