German Actress Barbara Brecht-schall Has Died At The Age Of 84.
The star passed away on Monday (31Aug15) in Berlin, according to the New York Times.
Brecht-Schall, who was the daughter of playwright Bertolt Brecht and actress Helene Weigel, acted with her father's company, the Berliner Ensemble Theatre, from 1951 to 1972.
She also appeared in films including The Opportunists, Castles and Cottages and Ein Polterabend.
In addition to acting, Brecht-Schall was the administrator of her father's estate and was known as "the protector and guardian of her father's legacy."
