The
USC Trojans enter the 2015 season
with high hopes and dreams of a National Championship. They begin with Heisman Candidate Cody Kessler at Quarterback and a full scholarship load to go along with a number eight ranking to begin the year. The Trojans will also have to travel to Eugene to take on the Oregon Ducks in late November, a team that has been at the top of the standings the last few years. USC has sixteen returning starters including All-American Wide Receiver Juju Smith-Schuster who takes over for leading Wideout Nelson Agholor, now with the Philadelphia Eagles.
On Defense, they replace Leonard Williams. USC Tojans Linebacker Su’a Cravens returns with two years experience. Adoree’ Jackson is one to watch as a three way player on the field at Cornerback, Wide Receiver and Return Man and could prove fits for Defensive coordinators in the Pac-12 throughout the season. Of course, the game of the year features the Trojans as they visit the Oregon Ducks on November 21st. The two teams could also meet several weeks later in the Pac-12 Championship Game in Santa Clara. Non-Conference Thoughts: Thankfully for that trip to South Bend in the middle of the season makes this a little tougher. Opening back-to-back against Arkansas State and Idaho before conference play should have confidence high.
Conference Schedule: The USC Tojans first three conference games will see them at the Coliseum twice then after going to ND they alternate before two straight in Boulder and Eugene before closing against UCLA at home.
Outlook: 8-4, Not a fan of Sark and think he botches a few winnable games that this team has the talent to win. That might put his job status in jeopardy which compiled with his remarks to boosters isn’t the way to go, needs a big season I think.
