Council seeks expressions of interest from artists
Kildare County Council is commissioning a public art commemorativesculpture of Ernest Shackleton, the world famous polar explorer from Athy,County Kildare to mark the 100th anniversary of the rescue of the crew ofthe ‘Endurance’.
Budget €60,000
Groundworks / Plinth will be provided.
Deadline for Tenders Stage 1: 12 noon, Monday 31st August,2015.
