Trump not ‘politically correct’

I would like to express my beliefs concerning Donald Trump and some of his s- called “off the wall” statements. I’ll be one of the first to admit that he could have found a better usage of his words, but if we will forget the negativism from the news media and his political opponents, and listen to what he was saying, I believe we will realize that he was just being honest.

They were not “politically correct” statements that he made. I don’t believe that a person can be “politically correct” and honest, both at the same time.

His first notable comment was that most Mexicans whot cross the border illegally deal in drugs and are violent criminals, and that he assumed some illegal immigrants were good. I don’t know if you are aware, some (illegals) are being tried in court as I speak. Not all of them, but some.

We should all ask ourselves, if they have a good reputation why would they not want to come in the front door and complete all the exams instead of crossing the Rio Grande at night and coming in the back door? We don’t know what kind of people are coming into the United States when they enter illegally. They could be terrorists or ISIS.

This needs to be stopped. The U.S.A. needs to round up all the illegal immigrants and make them pass the immigration test and screen them. The ones who do qualify should be sent home.

As for his statement concerning Sen. John McCain, I do respect John McCain and his service to our country. I respect and give honor to all of our service men and women.

But just being honest, I don’t know if being captured and serving time as a prisoner of war would qualify a person as a “hero.” However, I do think it was honorable that he refused to be released from prison until his buddies were released.

I personally think that Donald Trump is just standing up and being honest in what he believes and he won’t back down. He has proven that he knows how to make things grow and prosper and he is not ashamed of it.

I am ready to see this kind of attitude in the White House instead of someone trying to be “politically correct.” Political correctness has just about destroyed our country.
