Ragin' Cajuns Announce Football Dismissal

LAFAYETTE – Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns head football coach Mark Hudspeth announced on Monday that freshman running back Walter Williams has been dismissed from the program due to a violation of team rules.
Williams, a native of Vancleave, Miss., enrolled in school during the spring 2015 semester and participated in spring practice.
"Walter is no longer a member of our football team," Hudspeth said. "We wish him well in his future endeavors."
Hudspeth stated that he will have no further comment on the matter.
