Gov. Chris Christie's running all over; me, not so much | Letter

To the Editor:

In reference to the June 23 storm:

I reside in Clarksboro, where tornado-speed winds touched down. Perhaps you heard about a century-old tree that lifted up from its 15-foot roots and fell on a person.

That was me. I am now in a Deptford rehabilitation center, and I have a behemoth tree down in front of my yard that is going to cost an estimated $5,000 to remove.

Our governor is focused only on presidential fantasies. So far, there has been no aid from the Federal Emergency Management Agency, or even the Red Cross for many of the people who have had to face financial and personal losses from the damage from devastating winds.

Gov. Chris Christie has his fat fallacy of a presidential run. I just want to walk.
