Atrium finalizes Arkády deal

Atrium European Real Estate Limited finalized its acquisition of a 75-percent share of the Arkády Pankrác shopping center in Prague from Unibail-Rodamco S.E. The deal was originally signed in January. Arkády Pankrác, opened in 2008, offers 38,200 sqm of retail space in 120 units as well as 1,100 parking spots. The center is anchored by an Albert hypermarket. Other tenants include Datart, H&M, New Yorker, Humanic, Peek & Cloppenburg, as well as Inditex and LPP Group fashion brands.
