Phil Steele has released his All-Pac-12 Team for the 2015 Preseason and there are several Oregon Ducks that made his annual list.

This season the Quarterback position should not be much of a surprise. USC Quarterback Cody Kessler will lead the Conference as a first team selection. Oregon Running Back Royce Freeman, coming off a stellar Freshman season made the first team along with Utah’s Devontae Booker. Offensive Lineman Tyler Johnstone coming off a knee injury also made the first team Offense.

On the Defensive side, one player from Oregon, DeForest Buckner is on the first team along with playmakers from last season including Miles Jack from UCLA and Scooby Wright from Arizona.

Oregon Running Back/Wide Receiver Byron Marshall made the fourth team Offense. Outside of the first team Defense, five Oregon Ducks made Steele’s All Pac-12 team.

The second team includes Alex Balducci and Joe Walker. Christian French and Reggie Daniels made the third team, and Rodney Hardrick rounded out the fourth team for the Oregon Ducks.

The star of the Oregon Ducks Spring Game, Charles Nelson made the first team list as a Special Teamer in the Punt Returner position. I expect Nelson will be a key contribuor in the run to another National Championship run for Oregon in 2015.

Overall eleven Oregon Ducks made the All Pac-12 Team list. The season is set to begin on Saturday, September 5th as the Ducks play host to Eastern washington. Kickoff is set for 5pm Pacific Time on Pac-12 Networks.
