Don't mess with Snooki.

The Jersey Shore alum, whose real name is Nicole LaValle, is releasing a new book, Baby Bumps, but some social media users are not supportive of her new venture. One particular Instagram user commented on one of the former reality TV star's pictures, claiming she could never take advice from someone who used to party as hard as Snooki did during her MTV show days.

"No matter how much people change, I find it hard to take advice on living a positive life from someone who used to pee outside of their house and face plant into the sand because they were so wasted. Smh," the user wrote.

Well, Snooki took a screengrab of the comment and posted it on her own Instagram as its own pic, and called her out for her nasty words. Now a mom-of-two, Snooki doesn't have the time to take this nonsense, so she stuck it to the hater! Along with the photo she posted, she wrote a lengthy caption calling the anonymous user out and explained why she's doing what she's doing these days.

"This is the perfect example of why I wanted to write my new book. What I did 6 years ago at 21 doesn't define who I am today, nor will I take s--t from a stranger who doesn't know who I am," she wrote. "Rise above the hate, the judgmental people, and live the best, healthy positive life that you can. Of course you are going to be a drunk slob at some point in your life, but you grow older and wiser and learn what's important in life."

She continued, "I've done that and my kids are my world. I work out, I'm a strong, happy mom and I want to show you that you can change and become a better person, regardless of the nay Sayers that say you can't. Sorry girl for using you as an example, but you asked for it. XOOX love yourself and stay positive, no matter what!"

And that is how you teach the haters a lesson.

In an exclusive interview with E! News, Snooki opened up about how her book came to be and how nervous she was for motherhood. "I wrote the book because when I was pregnant I kept a journal…I wasn't ready to be pregnant, I always wanted kids, but I just wasn't ready at 24, I wanted it at 26," the pint-sized star revealed. "So with my journal I just kept writing everything that I was going through—‘Oh my god I want to drink so bad, I want a cigarette'—and you can't obviously do that when you're pregnant.

"So just being first time pregnant and having to deal with all of those things, I wrote it down in the book," she continues. "Just so when other woman get pregnant they know exactly what to expect. And it sucks—but, it's all worth it because you have beautiful babies. But I definitely think the whole process of pregnancy, it hurts."
