AS AN ADDED BONUS...a 30-minute production entitled, "THE TRIPLE CROWN: ALYSHEBA...ALYDAR'S REVENGE", is shown after the running of the Preakness Stakes in which the subject of how ALYDAR (ALYSHEBA's sire) was such a good horse that in any other year HE would've been a Triple Crown winner himself if not up against AFFIRMED in each of the 1978 Triple Crown races - that now his son, ALYSHEBA, would vindicate his loss by winning the Triple Crown in his place. A very interesting feature that shows a panel of horse racing historians and other respected horsemen make comparisons of ALYDAR and ALYSHEBA...touting each horse's virtues, etc., in addition to a slew of other wonderful film footage of both horses.

Sadly, after all the build-up ALYSHEBA would finish unplaced as BET TWICE would be the eventual victor.
