Geri Anne Glasco was the hero on Saturday with a pair of solo home runs and Koral Costa hit the game winning RBI. Sunday saw a similar result in the win column. Nikki Udria hit a grand slam and Janelle Lindvall had four RBI’s as the Ducks put up six runs in the third inning. A record was tied in the win as Janie Takeda stole her 96th base of her career tying the steals record. Monday saw the Ducks go on for the sweep and it was Takeda with another history making day.

Takeda tied the career hits mark in the win and Cheridan Hawkins was dominant in relief in the win. Oregon now has an eight game winning streak and will host Louisana-Lafayette this weekend at Howe Field. The odd non-conference matchup features a team that made the Women’s College World Series and the Ragin’ Cajuns are ranked in the top ten entering the weekend matchup with Oregon.

The Ducks face Louisiana-Lafayette Friday at 4pm, Saturday at Noon and Sunday at 2pm Pacific Time at Howe Field. All three games will be on the Pac-12 Live Stream.
