Founded in 2012 as a one-day pop up at a Long Beach farmers’ market, Belly BombZ quickly became a favorite of locals and grew from there. Blending a Korean background with French training, chef/owner Albert Shim is dishing up his unique spin on chicken wings. He serves them Asian style with flavor options like Sriracha Lime, Firecracker, Soy Caramel and more.
