UPPER WEST SIDE — The Broadway space that's housed an outpost of trendy shoe store Tani for the past 20 years has hit the market.

A listing for the 2,543-square-foot ground-floor space near West 69th Street states the space will be available as of March 2015.

The Broadway outpost is one of two in the neighborhood selling men's and women's shoes, boots and sandals from brands like Hunter, Sam Edelman, Bensimon and Sperry. It's known for offering slightly hipper options than neighborhood standbys Harry's Shoes and Tip Top Shoes.

The mini-chain's other Upper West Side location sits along West 72nd Street between Amsterdam and Columbus avenues, next to Tip Top Shoes. Both Tani locations are currently having 80 percent off winter sales.

Last March, Tani opened another branch on the Lower East Side, on Rivington Street near Ludlow Street.

Tani owner Michael O'Donnell did not return request for comment.

► Takeout French rotisserie chicken eatery Poulette announced it will open its second location on Amsterdam Avenue at West 80th Street this spring, the Commercial Observer reported.

The 650-square-foot space was previously occupied by a newsstand.

Poulette opened its first restaurant, a 12-seat restaurant in Hell's Kitchen, last April.

The eatery is known for serving free-range chickens from Upstate New York that take an hour to cook and are served with potatoes underneath. A 3-pound chicken costs $17.75, and the restaurant also sells side dishes and tarts.
