Oregon allowed fourty-four points in the paint in the worst loss in the Dana Altman Era falling 90-56. Elgin Cook led all scorers for the Ducks with sixteen points and Joseph Young added twelve. One bright spot on the night was the play of Freshman Shot Blocker Jordan Bell.

Bell sits atop the Oregon Ducks Single Season record list and now is working his way through the Pac-12 Conference  list climbing to a third place tie with some former greats in USC’s Taj Gibson and Oregon State’e Eric Moreland. He has sixty-nine on the season.

Oregon is now 4-4 in the Pac-12 and will have to put Arizona in the rear view mirror. Arizona State is up next. The Ducks play the majority of their final games on the road with just four games at home the rest of the way. A win against Arizona State could jump start a much needed winning streak, but the NCAA bubble for the Oregon Ducks may have burst Wednesday night with the loss to the Wildcats.

Oregon visits Arizona State Friday at 5pm Pacific Time. The game will be broadcast on the Pac-12 Networks.
