Florida Gators visitors list for Missouri

Last weekend the Florida Gators hosted dozens upon dozens of top recruits for their home against the LSU Tigers. This Saturday night the south end zone of the Swamp will be less than full as the Gators take on Missouri.

With Florida State’s big game against Notre Dame taking a number of visitors away from Florida the Gators will host just a few top targets this weekend plus the usual commits on campus.

As always we will have updates on all of the visitors for this weekend but first things first here’s the visitor list.

Commit returning to Florida

Florida linebacker commit Adonis Thomas hasn’t been on campus at Florida since he committed to the Gators in August but this weekend that is scheduled to change as Thomas is expected to be in attendance at Florida’s game against Missouri on Saturday.

Florida has long been the place Thomas wanted to play college ball at but with the uncertainty surrounding the program Thomas has started give attention to Alabama and now Georgia as the Bulldogs try to get back in the picture for the Georgia linebacker.

Clemson commit visiting

Clemson receiver commit Deon Cain is expected in Gainesville on Saturday when the Gators host Missouri. This is big news because Cain has repeatedly said he didn’t know if he would visit Florida or not. Cain is the best receiver in the state of Florida and someone the Florida Gators need in a big way.

Jacksonville duo in town again

Trinity Christian teammates Kendrick Norton and Jeffrey Holland are once again scheduled to visit Florida this weekend. Both of these prospects have been at Florida for several games this fall. The Gators are in great shape for both prospects but both are waiting to see how the season finishes up.

Commits visiting once again

Florida commits Tyler Jordan, Camrin Knight and Andrew Ivie are once again expected to be in the Swamp as they have been normal visitors all season long.

This weekend those commits will not have much recruiting to do but they will be trying to keep Thomas apart of the class as he’s friends with most of the Florida Gators commits.

Cornerback visiting

Cornerback Mike Hughes (5-10, 160, New Bern, N.C. High) is scheduled to visit Florida for the first time this fall. Hughes is an athletic cornerback with good speed and someone that will fit perfectly into Will Muschamp’s defense at Florida.

South Carolina has been the front runner for Hughes for sometime but the Gators coaching staff has done a nice job of recruiting the talented cornerback.
