The Oregon Ducks have started the season 4-0 and came off a bye week yesterday as the team prepares for a Thursday night game hosting Arizona at Autzen Stadium. Arizona is coming off a stunning last second hail mary to win the game over the California Golden Bears last week and will look to bring some of that magic to Eugene.

More from Oregon Ducks Football

The Oregon Ducks enter the game ranked thirty-fourth in the nation in passing, Arizona comes in at seventh in the country in part from Wildcats Freshman Quarterback Anu Solomon who has thrown for 1454 yards and 13 touchdowns. He has been sacked seven times so far this season. The Arizona Wildcats are 4-0(1-0) Pac 12 following the victory over Cal. Arizona is also healthy at positions that could make a difference on Thursday night.

The Oregon Ducks Offensive Line flaws showed last weekend against Washington State, but Quarterback Marcus Mariota engineered a seven point victory for the Ducks in a ‘survival’ situation for Mark Helfrich’s team on the road. Now, having some time off to heal up and beginning a week of practice to prepare for the Wildcats, rest should have done some good for the Oregon Ducks. Meanwhile, the Oregon Ducks Defense was burned badly by several plays against Washington State.

Cornerback Ifo Ekpre-Olomu did not have his best game giving up two scores off Washington State Wide Receiver Dom Williams. Arizona Sophomore Cayleb Jones will look to continue a successful season and push past five-hundred receiving yards and six touchdowns against the Oregon Ducks on the national stage this week. Olomu will look to be a difference maker on defense, likely against Jones this week. It should be a fun battle to watch.

Oregon and Arizona take the field on Thursday night at 7:30pm Pacifici Time on ESPN. AutzenZoo will provide Live Coverage starting two hours before the game at 5:30pm Pacific Time.
