Goldenvoice, Los Angeles-based producers of the mega-fest phenomenon known as Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival, is venturing east with plans to promote and produce Firefly Music Festival in Delaware, officials announced Wednesday.

The AEG Live Company, which produces several of Southern California’s biggest musical events from Coachella to Stagecoach Country Music Festival and FYF Fest, announced it entered into a joint venture with Red Frog Events for the East Coast music festival. The four-day event, founded by Red Frog Events in 2012, is hosted every June at The Woodlands at Dover International Speedway in Delaware.

“We’re so impressed with what they’ve created in such a short time, how could we not want to be a part of it?” said president & CEO of Goldenvoice, Paul Tollett, in a statement.

The 2015 Firefly Music Festival is scheduled for June 18-21.

“We are excited to be working with the Goldenvoice team,” said Joe Reynolds, founder and CEO of Red Frog Events, in a statement. “This partnership will continue to propel the success of Firefly for years to come.”

Pre-sale tickets for the Delaware event are already sold out, according to the festival’s site.

Acts for the festival have not yet been announced, but past lineups have included the Imagine Dragons, Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers, Jack White as well as others who have also performed Coachella like OutKast, Red Hot Chili Peppers and Beck.
