Oregon Ducks Dump South Dakota 63-14

FINAL REPORT

It is the kickoff of the 2014 College Football season for the Oregon Ducks football team and my head might just explode with all the storylines one can follow for this game. First of all, there are several ‘firsts’. A new era in college football starts with the College Football Playoff this season and the top four teams in the end will battle it out for a ‘true’ National Title. The Oregon Ducks enter the game on Saturday missing a key piece in Wide Receiver Bralon Addison who was lost, for the time being, with an ACL tear. He will not play against South Dakota. That leads to a question at the Wideout position for Oregon, at least in my mind. We know that South Dakota is coming into this game ready to go, however Head Coach Joe Glenn knows his team will have a Defensive Challenge with the Oregon Ducks. Now some quick hits.
