Principal Accountabilities:

• Become a professional engineer with excellent performance
• Successfully undertake classroom & on the job training program as appointed or designed by the company
• Understand basic aviation skills (rules & regulations)
• Develop and maintain high personal standards of professional mechanic

 

Professional Requirements:

• Minimum S1 graduates (with technical background); preferably from Aeronautics
• GPA minimum 3.00 out of 4.00
• Maximum age 24 years old
• Minimum IELTS score of 5.5 or TOEFL score 500
• English proficiency both oral and written
• Have a learning passion especially in aviation
• Able to demonstrate good communication and team skills
• Posses strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Non Technical Requirements:

• Manage relationship & diversity
• Passed mandatory tests
• No color blindness
• Good physically and mentally condition
• Willing to follow the selection process in Jakarta at own cost
• Willing to study in New Zealand
• Willing to be bond for 15 years
