The folks at 247Sports have found an interesting piece of information. One that could tell the tale of where ESPN’s College Gameday will be going the second week of the regular season. It could be here in Eugene. Here is the tweet from Matt Prehm:

More from Oregon Ducks Football

The game with the Michigan State Spartans is one of the most anticipated matchups for the early part of the season for both the Spartans and the Ducks with plenty on the line in the first year of the College Football Playoff. Oregon enters the season ranked third, Michigan State begins at number eight in the preseason Associated Press Poll released last week. If true, Saturday September 6th could be a busy day and an early one for Oregon Ducks fans as the show will begin in the twilight hours of the morning.

Thankfully the game is not a true ‘night’ game since it has a 3:30pm Pacific Time start. The Ducks and Spartans will face each other on FOX who will cover the game for a national audience and will let the country see the Oregon Ducks Offense against a solid Michigan State Defense. At this point I am not sure the posting is true, we will know for sure at the end of the first weekend of College Football when ESPN Tweets out their next site for College Gameday.
