The seven-story rental building at 267 Pacific Street in Boerum Hill will begin leasing 60 apartments next Monday. Curbed got the first look inside the new development, which was designed by GF55 Architects and Studio DB. Studio apartments start at $2,525, one-bedrooms at $3,350, and two-bedrooms at $4,850.

The units feature Carrara marble backsplashes, white oak plank floors and washer/dryers. Some units will have private terraces. The Smith Street side of the building sports a mural designed by two street artists, Chris Stain and Billy Mode, based on a photo by legendary photographer Martha Cooper. Amenities include a bike garage and “dedicated workshop,” on-site parking and a large roof deck with BBQ grills and a misting shower. The development’s website is live too. Construction is wrapping up now, and move-ins are expected to start in mid-September.
