Cranelli's Italian Restaurant

My client wanted Italian and so I yelped and found Cranelli's . Tucked away in a cozy corner of Lone tree, we found a true taste of Italy. The food was excellent and the service was equally refreshing. Antipasto was delicious along with the Garlic knots.
The wide variety of sauces will keep you coming back for more. After a amazing dinner, the owner/ chef came to our table to make sure we were happy. I have already been back and plan on visiting often.

The food is amazing! I ate lasagna and it's flavor was insane Obviously I'll come back! 1000 % recommend!

While traveling through the area I choose this establishment based on its previous reviews. It did not disappoint! We had a wonderful server and friendly staff. The food was amazing as were the line crew.
We had pizza, spaghetti, chicken parm
and cacciatore. Every dish came out hot, fresh and flavorful. The deserts were fine but dinners were superb.

I will come here just for that delicious, knotty bread.

Service is good & the vibes are chill, parking is plentiful.

I got the half fettuccine Alfredo, add chicken and it was just okay.
I felt like it was lacking flavor.

The tiramisu was good though, a good portion to share.

I had to wait about 14 minutes at my table until a waitress came to my table to take my order. I believe her name is Alexa or Lexi. She was very nice, patient and friendly. I was impressed with her professionalism as well.

This female staff member quickly took my order. I also showed her a Yelp coupon for free Garlic Knots. Whenever you check in here they offer an order of Garlic Knots. I believe there were five or six of them. Plenty! However, save room for your entree. I also order a house salad with ranch dressing. All of their salad dressings are homemade.

For my entree I ordered the Chicken Cacciatore. Apparently it's one of their popular dishes. Salad was good. I thought that it was good but not great. I enjoyed the Garlic Knots. These were also good but not great. The Chicken Cacciatore was really good. I savored every bite. I experienced good flavor explosions on my palate.

I ended up passing on dessert. Heads up that they don't have much of a parking lot. You will most likely need to park in the government parking lot across the street. Plan ahead! I also strongly recommend reservations. I went here on a Saturday at 4:30 pm and many tables were already filled up.

The restaurant is a medium sized establishment. It has a nice "Mom & Pop" vibe or feel to it. It's also decorated nicely and the noise level is average. You can have a conversation with someone without yelling across the table.

Overall, I enjoyed my experience here. I wouldn't mind returning. However, I'm not in the much of a hurry. Hope you have a pleasant experience here.

I ordered takeout on a cold winter night using the restaurant's website. I ordered a little over $50 in food and I could not have been more disappointed with the experience.

First, I ordered for carry out with the option to have the food delivered to my car. The website asks for a vehicle make and model and color. The restaurant parking lot is quite small and very congested. There is a spot for to-go Order pick up. I waited there for 10 plus minutes and no one delivered my food to the car.

I walk into the restaurant annoyed at this point and wait for a hostess. The restaurant is nearly always packed. We tried to go a few weeks prior and could not get a table without a reservation.

After a short wait someone greets me and they direct me to a counter for order pick up. When I mentioned that I had been waiting for someone to carry the food out to me the person attending the counter asked me if I had called. The sign that designates the to-go order pick up does not have a phone number to call to let them know you are there.

The food was not better. When I got home the meals I ordered were not good at all. I had an eggplant Parmesan and the spaghetti and sauce were inedible. My partner had the seafood soup. It was by that flavorful and didn't include bread for dipping in the sauce.

I won't be returning.

Noah greeted us as we sat at our table and was quick to take our order. He brought our beverages first and then took our dinner order. I started with the 2021 Lodi Cab and a side Cesar salad. For dinner I selected the Lobster Ravioli. It was phenomenal. My wife selected the Eggplant Parma and it to was over the top. Desert was so delicious I selected Tiramisu and it was the best I ever had. They actually fly it in daily from Italy. You want to have a dinner that makes you think of home, well then come here and ask for Noah, you'll be glad you did!

Food and service are great. Why do restaurants think the "background" music needs to be so loud. And it's Motown, which is fine, but kinda of weird for folks wanting a nice Italian dinner. This is not a disco bar! We already live in a loud world.

We are frequent customers here! We came in on Monday and came back Friday because it's THAT good. The food isn't the only thing that keeps us coming back, but the incredible and family-like staff! Every time we come, we see Lasinda lifting chairs, gathering blankets, giving warm hugs, and greeting all who come in. Her energy is contagious and she makes the cozy restaurant feel like a second home. What puts the icing on the cake is absolutely our server Andres. He's so personable, knows what we like, and always has a smile on his face. He's so attentive and checks in with us. He makes the dining experience a truly remarkable time!!! See you next week!!

After spending the morning shopping til we dropped we needed a meal to keep us going. Cranelli's has been on my list to try for a while and I'm finally glad we had the chance. We started with an order of garlic knots which were fantastic. They had a nice crunch but really soft and chewy inside. I had an order of the eggplant rollatini which comes with fettuccine. It was delicious! The filling was decadent and I could only eat half of the eggplant. The leftovers tasted just as good the next day. My husband had the baked shells with a side of meatballs/sausage. He said it was delicious and left nothing behind! We'll definitely be back!

They also offer a weekend brunch menu with bottomless mimosas & bloody Mary's.

Our meal started out with the garlic knots. Delicious, served with a order marinara sauce on the side.
I had the chicken marsala with asparagus, tomatoes, prosciutto, half order of lasagna, which was huge. Delicious. My daughter had pasta à la vodka sauce, which she said was delicious and my son-in-law had linguine and clams. Very delicious meal.
