From Tradition to Table

Brittany Winter (guest post)
The DeNicola Brother's carry their family legacy of providing a culinary experience to their guests, a tradition that extends back to 1915 when the family first settled on Long Island with only one restaurant. The DeNicola Concept is a unique blend of tradition and trend. As their business grows, one concept remains unchanged for these brothers….family comes first.

3 brothers, 6 restaurants and a culinary tradition That has traveled both distance and decades....
Long Islanders are buzzing over the 3 Long Island brothers who have opened a number of restaurants across the Island. The brothers have a total of 6 restaurants, which combine traditions, and culinary excellence they learned from their late father and each carries on his legacy through unique traditions and culinary arts. The decadent menus consist of only the finest local ingredients; with magnificent atmospheres.  It's no wonder all their restaurants are considered Long Island hot spots.

Ruvo and La Tavola Trattoria carry the traditional Italian cuisine and flair while the Del Fuego locations emanate trend and excitement.  At Ruvo and La Tavola you will experience culinary expertise and traditions dating back to Southern Italy in the early 1900's, where the DeNicola Family originated.  The Del Fuego chain offers an array of casual Mexican foods with quality ingredients.  Along with the standard Tex Mex fare like guacamole and quesadillas, Del Fuego's menu also features more elaborate cuisine that will cater to any budget.
There's an overall feeling of family when you enter any of The DeNicola Restaurants.  The brothers have captured this feeling while offering an exhilarating culinary experience.
